Hiring Process

To apply, please fill out an application in person at Professional Employment Partners located at 305 N. Heaton St. Knox, IN 46534 and participate in a modified interview. We accept applications from 8:00am-2:00pm CST Monday-Friday, you do not need to make an appointment to apply. 


One of our recruiters will contact you for an interview at our office. The interview is to help us find out what type of work you're looking for and better understand your employment history. 


We will do our best to find a company that is a good match for you. After submitting your information to a company, if they are interested in hiring you, we will help prepare you for an interview with that client companies. 


If a company that we are partnered with is interested in hiring you, you will need to come to our office to complete any paperwork and testing that the company requires prior to your start date.
